There is no need to choose a shirt size for children’s and youth categories. We will have plenty available on the day.

PLEASE NOTE: If the category you wish to enter is not listed here, it means that it has sold out and no additional places are available! Please contact us at kidsrace@gawthorpemaypole.org to register your interest.

Parental / Guardian Consent

I confirm that as the parent/guardian of the child mentioned above.

I give permission for him/her to take part in the Children’s Fun Run and Youth Races entirely at my and their own risk and that they are medically fit and I will inform the organisers of any medical condition(s) which may affect their participation in this event.

I accept all conditions of entry and acknowledge that the organisers shall not be liable for, personal injury, death or loss or damage as a consequence of their participation in the event, except with regard to personal injury which is caused by the organiser’s negligence.

I understand the organisers reserve the right to alter the arrangements and conditions including the event route and start time should circumstances require.
